We deliver to chennai within 3 days of receiving the order, for other locations the deliveries are made within 6 working days. It depends on the variety & first come first serve basis as we harvest only matured mangoes for the best taste. If there is shortage of stock the deliveries may get extended by a day or two (chances are very less), in such cases we keep our customers posted.
Once your order has been made and payment authorization has been received,you will receive an email containing the details of your order. In this mail you will be provided with a unique Order ID, a listing of the item(s) you have ordered and the expected delivery time. You will also be notified when the we ships the item(s) to you. Shipping details will be provided with the respective tracking number(s).
Growing enough high quality chemical free mangoes of the many varieties we carry is a challenging undertaking. We do our best to estimate needs, and then to cultivate and prepare enough mangoes to satisfy 100% of those needs, but sometimes we fall short or demand increases over planned supply. Bad weather conditions, unknown pest attack’s, and other factors contribute to this problem. Rest assured that we are trying very hard to have every variety we list in sufficient quantity to meet demand. Advance communication with your aam basket customer excetuive regarding your needs, as early as possible, will help us to serve your tasty mangoes demand.

You can pay for your order using your Credit or Debit card, Paypal Money. Payments are processed using our payment gateway partner Paypal. There is NO Cash on Delivery available as these are perishable / food items

We charge very minimal for delivery. 

Our items are perishable products. We shall give our best to send quality products. We do not have any return policy and we do not entertain cancellation. However if the fruit is rotten or product is adamaged we do give you the replacement no matter what the delivery destination could be. Receiver should inform us within 12 hours of delivery with proof to replace or adjust in the next order.

Yes, all orders will need payment in full when you confirm your order.

The boxes are made out of cardboard and is very easily recycled. You can put this in your recycling bin at home. Our boxes are plant-based and are biodegradable and compostable

Yes it does. To withstand transportation time, multiple courier handling points and heat, we make sure we pack raw/semi riped mangoes so that they reach the party in the right condition, which means mangoes may still be raw and greenish while there are received, and thus you might want to read the following tips:

a. Do not cut the mangoes as soon as you receive them, please let them ripen, turn little yellowish and softer with a sweet smell. If you cut them before time, they will taste sour.

b. Do not refrigerate the mangoes, keep them within the grass at a room temperature and do not keep them in an AC room

c. Once they are ripened, and ready to eat, you can put them in the fridge to increase the shelf life

d. You can also put them into a fridge for two hours before cutting them

e. Wash the mangoes with warm water before cutting them or before putting them in fridge after they have ripened.

f. As soon as you receive the box, take out the all the mangoes and put them in open air for 30 mins and then repack them in order of their color, green ones at bottom and yellowish at top, repeat this process daily, these will help mangoes ripening.
